It all began one day in 2018 in Chef Polo's kitchen.

With what started as a hobby cooking for family and friends, this culinary passion evolved into something incredible. Professionally, starting with Exchange Kitchen & Bar, Chef Polo is a known chef and restauranter in the Tampa Bay area known for his flavorful soul food dishes that will leave your taste buds satisfied.
